U12’s Sat 8th Sept Gt Harwood Greens v Gt Harwood Blacks 10am KO Heymoor Farm.
This morning unfortunately a miss match was set up that didn’t do either team any favours but hey ho a games a game.
The Greens set their own standard and more pleasing, kept their shape, especially George who grabbed a Hatrick inside of 10 mins. The team pushed on from there and were relentless in attack with Fin, Callum, Oliver and Max all getting a brace. Devon worked hard and got his reward in last 10 mins with great goal.
Riley earned MotM with his basic football, great crosses and doing simple things really well.
To be fair to the blacks they never gave up and had a great attitude.
Goal of the game from right Back Callum picking the ball up just over half way and unleashing a thunderbolt into the top left corner.
