The Club comprises of football teams consisting of players from the age of Under 7s to Under 18s. Children under the age of 6 will be allowed to take part in training sessions with the club’s Mini League.
Players can be introduced to our club at an early age via our Mini League but may also join a team at an older age. GHR FC is a fully inclusive club and welcomes all children, (dependent on availability within our groups).
We encourage Players to participate in football in a sporting and self-disciplined manner, creating a fun and safe environment for all concerned.
All volunteers of GHR FC, staff and parents are responsible for the Safeguarding of Children in line with our club polices and FA regulations.
All volunteers of GHR FC, staff and parents are responsible for following the Codes of Conduct, to ensure that football is always played in a fun and safe environment.
All volunteers are committed to following FA regulations and completing all training and relevant checks before working with the children at GHRFC. There are no exceptions to this rule.
Every Manager will endeavour to give all children in our U7 to U12 teams a fair and reasonable amount of time on the pitch in all team games. This will be dependant on the player’s attendance at training and their personal behaviour and conduct but game time is irrespective of their level of ability.
As players grow and progress up to playing full 11 aside football, the emphasis shall alter slightly and whilst still focusing on enjoyment and participation,an increasing importance will be placed on competition.
The Club will encourage all Players to fulfil their potential.
The Leadership Team and committee will strive to ensure that all FA regulations are met and will work in-line with the club procedures and policies. They will manage the club, whilst offering help and support to all.
